To place an order, select the item number, go to the PLACE AN ORDER page and fill out the form. After your order request has been received, an invoice will be sent by email showing the total cost including applicable tax and shipping fees. Return the invoice showing that you accept the order.
When an order has been approved by buyer, payment for all orders are done through E-Transfer.
Taxes and shipping fees are based on where you reside. Delivery is by regular mail.
Returns are accepted

Because some of the materials used in making items, there will be some imperfections and flaws which is part of the design. Any damages caused by shipping please note this in returning an item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
